I found out only three years ago that what has driven me nearly mad three times in my life were "Cluster" headaches. I feel lucky though since mine started in '83 when I was 21. I didn't have them again till '89 and then again in '95. Only 3 times in the last 20 years. They never lasted very long and certainly were never as severe as they were this last time, which was the first time i actually went to the emergency room for the pain. They gave me something I was alergic to and i flopped around like a tuna. Funny thing though is that the next day they were gone. I can't say that I'm happy I found out about this "cluster" stuff because I'm dreading the next bout. I am due this coming oct./nov. and I don't know what to do!
