the parasympathetic nervous system controls penile erection and the sympathetic nervous system ejaculation. betablockers act only on the sympathetic system therefore impotence couldn't be possible only a bit of delayed ejaculation. Actually this would be mostly enjoyed by men since prolonged erection is possible.
