i've never used it......my concern is that you mention the neurontin has stopped working. i'm chronic (15 years) every friggin day. i get new preventative med's that "control" the pain for about three months. been on calan SR (verapramil) for 13 years, tried lithium, depakote, etc....all only worked for three months. i'm on month two with neurontin. i expect that to stop working next month. will ask my nuero about phenelzine next month. been rubbing capzasin-hp in my nose also. burns like hell (got the extra strength stuff). popping ercaf like candy. anyone know of other meds out there. not sure what i'll do when i've exhausted all possibilities. yes i have oxygen.......thanks.
