Solitary cluster headaches?

My headaches match the description given here, including the eye watering, nose running, etc, on one side. But I usually only have one headache, followed by months or years without one. (Except for this past month or so, when I have had several.) Can you have just one headache per "episode" and if so, is it a cluster headache, or something else? Or is this just how the illness starts out? Thank you.
