Prednisone

Geez , I was dancing from7pm to 11pm, then colapsed and slept like a baby till 4am and WHAM at it again..Going to the Doc at 9am ,Trying for some preventives . I saw on the med info tab that prednisone works 75% of the time.
20 years ago a nuero gave me a pack of steriods, that I had to take in some kinda of order,like 2 the 1st day and then 3 then 4 , something like that , it didn;t work.Is prednisone a steriod?does any one have any luck with Prednisone? thanks friends
