Yes, Duradrin is available only through prescription. But ask your doc, they seem more wiliing to give this over other pain relievers. It's not too much more than acetaminophen, with added something that constricts your vessels, and something else for the "emotional" part of the pain. Works pretty well for me for the tension headaches during the day. Tried it for the CH at night...did nothing.
