Very impressive. I'll have to give this a try. I bought this little
contraption that seems to put my head/neck
in just the right position to help alleviate the headaches. I forget
what it's called, but it's kind of reverse S-shaped, so that when I
lie down with it under my head/neck, it raises my neck and tilts my
head back slightly. You're not supposed to sleep in it, but I have
to admit I've fallen asleep in it more than once because it feels so
good. I've also wanted to make a t-shaped thingy using one- or two-inch
pvc pipe to lie on. The long part of the T would run down my spine and
the short bar would support my neck. In my mind, this would cause the
muscles in my upper back to stretch out and would hold my neck up/head
back. Does this make sense to anyone?
