I agree with the previous 3 responses.
Mine seem to center around the temple - the same building pressure right before an attack occurs. However, it can last minutes, hours or days in between attacks.

So far, I have been shadowing for two weeks straight without any pause (except for the full-blown attacks). I am currently going through an old friend right now called "Sleep Deprivation" which is forced by the ch. When I lie down, I start intensely shadowing and have to get right back up, or I go into an attack, or I sleep for maybe 10 minutes at a time. It is really interesting, because after awhile, you begin hallucinating and stuff (gee, some of the LSD I did as a youngster wasn't THIS good). The bad part is, when I do sleep, it is brief, I have very freaky dreams and nightmares - and often it is not deep sleep. I dream, but it is wierd: it is like I am dreaming - but still awake enough to know the fact I am dreaming, and as I said - it is only for minutes at a time right now.

But yes, back to the subject of shadows - they can be a ferocious pain in the A, but no where near a real CH attack.

Peace,
Carl D

P.S. - BTW, Elaine suggested trying Doans pills for the shadowing, which I will do this weekend when I get my check, and will post the results later...
