I am 52 and have had them since my early 20's. This last bout which lasted longer than it ever had before (6 mos) was very similiar to yours. I was awaken every 90 minutes with a cluster during sleep. I read some old posts in archive and saw where some had found Amerge, a newer, longer lasting form of imitrix, helped them sleep thru the night. By pill form, it is too slow to help much after a cluster starts but I found that by taking a tablet right before bedtime, actually I broke it into and took 1/2 a tablet, I was able to sleep 3-4 hours without being awaken with one and grabbing the oxygen. Let me also say though, that I was near the end of my cycle and they quit 2-3 weeks later. Don't know if that made a difference. I only got 8 tablets from the doc. They were free samples and he wanted me to try it. Sure broke up the cycle I had found my self in being awaken 3-4 times a night with another one. Hope this helps.
