We all know too well the feeling of hopelessnes at the height of a CH attack. Wishing myself dead at times is overwhelming to me as I don't see myself as a quiter.
The fear and frustration that goes through my mind is tremendous. I have started taking Xanax during extreme attacks. This does in no way ease the pain. But, I am at least finding myself more able to deal with it in a calmer fashion. It should be noted: This was not prescribed by a doctor, but I will consult with him this week. Xanax is also addictive. I can only hope for now it doesn't have adverse effects with the Sansert I am now taking, but...well you know...got to do something! Anyone have any info on this or do the same?
