One of my brothers suffered from TMJ several years ago. Which was my first consideration before I learned I had clusters.
In fact, I still be careful not to grind my teeth during my episodes. (Or at least try)
He used some kind of device that kept him from grinding his teeth at night, and has recovered with no relapses.
