Hi everyone !!! hav'nt been online for a few days. but I wanted to share how i am finally getting relief with these headaches (darn clusters)
I bought an herb square bag at the gun show that i went to and it has about 10 different herbs. I put it in the microwave for two minutes then I lay on the couch and put it under and around my neck
nthen I put a cold ice pack on my eyes mainely the left one cause it is always swollen from the clusters. in about 15 minutes especially the long ones that last on me for an hour my pain goes real light and i can get up and do things around the house .it may not work foe everyone but i am glad it works on me I am so tired of taking meds.
the herb bag was homemade from a lady that was selling them for $14.00 I will try to get the address
