and I use anything from aciphex, reglan, phenergran suppos's...Also found that when I get this chest pain that feels like I am having a heart attack..that it is my stomach..went to the ER one time and got the ER cocktail..LOL...So now I have them at home all it is...maalox or some liquid antacid and I mix it with viscous lidocaine..which is a liquid numbing stuff.. and i do a 15ml of each and drink it and the pain goes and so does the nausea...sure beats going to the ER every time... I learned about the cocktail from my pharmacist and asked the doc and he said that is all they give in the ER...
Also if you are taking like over the counter zantac, tagament etc.. you can double that actual dosage then you are taking "prescription strength".. If that doesn't work talk to your doc. about prilosec or the aciphex those both work good..prilosec is very expensive and the aciphex is about 1/2 of that...but both work about the same...
