I just read a book published 2000 by Dr. Gary Null called Food-Mood (something else I forgot). Anyway it was very good and I believe there are no foods that have seratonin. It is a hormone that is created in the brain (hypothalmus?) and DHEA and vitamin b-6 aid in its production. That was a synopsis but the book goes into good detail that will answer your question.
