DHE should only be administered by a doctor and you should be in a hospital when you are on it. I wouldnt trust that. My husband was on it two cycles ago in a hospital by IV. Now come to find out that it causes heart valve problems. It did give him a break from the clusters while he was in the hospital and hooked up to the IV. Once we came home after 24 hours of no DHE he returned to attacks but not for long. We are just worried about the damage that we could have possibly done to his heart during the process.
