Hi, I have been suffering from chronic cluster headaches for about eight years now. I am followed
by a brilliant team of Neurologists in London, England.
A year ago I was prescribed Verapamil at a high dosage, which worked on my attacks and reduced them from once or twice daily, to maybe once a fortnight. This lasted
for about a year, however, the attacks then returned in the same form as before the medication. The specialists told me that Verapamil's effect, can wear off after a while in certain people. Has anyone else found this to be the case with this medication. I am now one lithium, which is known to be successful. Has anyone else had any success with this treatment.
