Hello everyone. I woke up this morning headache free for the last 3 days now (yea!). I have not even had any tension headache, which I typically have 24-7 during my episodes. I really thought they were gone. But a little while ago, I felt pain in the back of my neck (right side-where I get my CH) and it has extended not towards my temple. Is this an indicator I am not out of my episodes? I now fear I will get a CH tonight (I always get them at night), and this feeling really sucks. Does anyone get this kind of "stiff" dull pain around the back of their neck to the temple area??
