oprah,I have a 13 year old daughter that has been running away, come to find out she at the home of adult people, I'm told in order to receive help I have to file an unruly on my daughter who has an I.Q of an 7 year old, after I do what is require to receive states help they tell me there is no funds, unless I give state custody of my child, I refused, an the judge took custody, an now I was informed I may need to take my daughter home, because there is no placement to get her the help she needs to live an normal life, how can I find a program to assist me in getting my daughter the help she needs without going to court to be denied, she needs conseling for controling her emotion, the emotion that tell her to runnaway to the wrong places,(where she's been raped, and problely pimped)to know I'm here to help her not hurt her, help to learn better in school, ect.
there are so many things I just can't remember them all, you should know this is like an epidemic with child prositution in Ga.
an there is no help for these kids or parent's.
