I have an Rx of Diazepam (Valium generic) 5mg tabs which make all difference in the world. Also, try not to take Prednisone immediately preceeding going to bed. That will usually upset my stomach not to mention make me twitchy in bed. I try to take it about an hour after I eat so the food is a buffer and take it with milk. Actually, my wife asked the doc for me to have the Diazepam for her nerves! I was driving her nuts because I'm already loud and quick tempered and the Prednisone made it much worse. And if one Diazepam does not work, take it w/ a beer or two or three....Good luck!--Tom--
