Glenda... Hang in there, you'll beat it, we'll beat it. I am in week 9 of the most awful cycle I've had yet, but I can feel it losing it's strength more every day. I'm down from 4-7 attacks a day to one a day. The end is near. In the meantime, maybe you could suggest to your friends and family to educate themselves a little by using this great site. It's the best place in the world for us, but I think it can be very useful to others who need to try and understand. You're right, without experiencing the actual pain, noone will ever understand, but it might help them to try and understand a little. Just a though, and don't forget, there is a light at the end of this God-forsaken tunnel, you just have to keep up the fight! Take Care!
