starting dose of verapamil

I'm a cluster headache sufferer and a doctor and am therefore in a position to self prescribe. I've decided to start myself on verapamil but I'm not sure at what dose to start. This site seems to have more expert advice from other sufferers than any neurologists I've so far contacted and so I thought it was worth posting a message
