Hi Jeff,

My husband Warren suffers from CH, and is a shift worker. However, he works both days and nights from 6:00 to 6:00. He finds when he is in a cycle, that most of his CH occur about 2 hours after he goes to bed after a night shift. The problem is, that he is usually too far into the headache when he wakes up to abort it. But, this past cycle we have had a lot of success with oxygen (never tried before) and when necessary, a shot of DHE. This past cycle has been the most successfully managed one he has had in over 20 years, thanks mostly to this site and the information we have gained. Good luck and why don't you check out the oxygen?
