My husband has CH too and has been in cycle for almost 2 months now. We live in Tennessee where I am an ER nurse at the local hospital. Our state has a COBRA law that states that under no circumstances can an ER refuse treatment to ANY patient. I am not trying to be bossy,but please check your state's health care laws to see if ya'll have one too. That hospital could be in some serious trouble for refusal to treat.
