Yes, yes, yes and yes. All of the items you mention help me to some degree, however I know I have saved several thousand dollars aborting with O2 saving the imitrex ( only injections work for me ). Sounds like your neuro thinks she knows everything about the subject, maybe you should give her this web address so she can update her knowledge base.
