I have noticed people on this board describing themselves as "sucking O2", which leads me to think they take it in through the mouth.
I always take it in through the nose and it feels good as soon as the oxy "jet" begins to hit the back of my nostrils. Subconsciously Imust have believed that hitting that spot near my eye would bring relief.
Could that be so?
I also remember one post (but that may have been on UKCH) from somebody who did not get relief from O2 as usual because he had a head cold.
So: do you oxyfreaks suck it by mouth
or do you sniff it up your noses?
Very curious, annemarie
