I have shadows it seems like most of the time. There's a very tender spot in the left temple and it always feels as if cold air is blowing up the left nostral to the left eye. It's irritating but never enough to really hurt. Used to scare the hell out of me because years ago it always meant an attack would soon follow, but it's not necessarily so now.
