Wish I had better new to report.
My shadows always precede a cycle.
Some are nagging, others rival a terrific hangover.
Most last all day long, but OTC meds do help.
I take them as a sign of an upcoming cycle, and they are always combined with a major zit breakout, and terrible temper. Both of which are also my indicators we go again!
I really hope it is not the same for you!
