I have found relief at the chiro and I also found some of my worse attacks follow shortly after a treatment. Lee, I am episodic also and depression very often accompanies the onset of my cycle. Denial also; kind of like ... if I start fighting the beast ... I am acknowledging that it is back.

My chiro actually was the man who eventually pointed me in the right direction some 15+ years ago by suggesting I see a neurologist. The fact that vists to the chiro did impact me both positively and negatively tells me that there may be something to be gained. After worsening my cluster attacks I quit going to the chiro 15+ years ago.

I spoke with my reg Doc about neck manipulation during my last cycle. He wants me to try it next time. He would like to prescribe physical therapy at our local hospital. My insurance will pay for physical therapy but not chiropractic care. I am sending them (physical therapy)our O.U.C.H brochure along with a letter describing my personal onset symptoms. My doctor tells me that he is aware of some cluster patients who claim their cycle was shortened through physical therapy. In particular, manipulating the upper spine area at the base of the skull.

I don't think physical therapy is the answer but perhaps .... some relief. I wish you both well and Lee go kick some beast butt!!!
