My guess is that in a day or two the level 3 and 4 headaches will stop, too. Not everyone gets complete and instantaneous relief from the first dose, particularly if the cycle is firmly established. Sometimes the headaches diminish in intensity and frequency over two or three days before vanishing completely.
Some people had to take a second dose five days or a week later to completely eliminate the lingering "breakthrough" headaches. From the sound of your report, it seems you would not have an objection to doing a second dose if it becomes necessary.
