We talked earlier. Here is my desperation treatment. Put a teaspoon of Tabasco or any other hot sauce under your tongue and hold it there for 5 minutes without swallowing. Don't get it on top of your tongue or on your lips and it won't burn you. It might abort an attack if you catch it when it starts. Other than that, try ice packs or hot compresses, hot or cold showers or vigorous exercise. Hang in there.
