i am episodic. from what ive found out between 1/4 and 1/2 of a recreational dose is good. i figuure 1/2 a gram of the silly's is good. ive done mushrooms recreationally before so they themselves do not intimidate me.i just want to kick the crap out these headaches as flash says. im curios to try. id rather do these natural drugs than the artificial meds that make me feel like sh*t!!
