Will I try the candida theory?

I gave it a try to the extent of doing the spit test - several times these past months and even before you came on the board.
I do not have candida.
I also have no clusters at the moment, incidentally.

Will I try candida treatments to see if they combat my clusters?

Let's say I will not go on a special diet to "cure" something I don't have. I also wonder if my doc would prescribe diflucan for a candida that's not there.

But suppose I could get around that. What would diflucan do to me - without a candida to cure?

Maybe diflucan is able to cure clusters quite apart from candida. But I cannot check that because I have no attacks.

You see, the question is not even simple, let alone the answer.

I completely understand your extatic reaction to your little boy's being painfree. I understand you would like us all to be like him.

But for a good cure you need to understand the ailment too. I think Margi is right in saying that there seems to be a connection, but no evidence as yet that candida CAUSES clusters.

Please be careful with assertions. If they turn out wrong - even only a tiny little bit - it hurts so much and with us clusterheads it hurts literally too.

Wishing you and your little boy happy pain free days; walk in beauty, Annemarie
