thank you luke this all sounds so familiar. the lack of concentration and fatique is exactly why my son can not attend school, and the teacher comes in. but topamax is controlling the headaches. hes gone from 2 headaches a day down to 1 a week on topamax.and the dr. says its the lesser of evils.(side effects) but somewhere in it all we have lost my son, no personality my sweet stinker is quiet. he goes back to the hostpital feb 8th and the dr. knows that we love the fact that topamax is working but we hate it
