He lists several reliable spore suppliers, one of whom is aware of the use of mushrooms for clusterheads and will give us a bit of a break on spores.
One of the other suppliers sells complete kits for those too busy to get their own supplies, but in my opinion it is not necessary.
If you can get get your hands on a half-dozen half-pint canning jars, a bag of horticultural vermiculite (available anywhere you buy gardening supplies) and some brown rice flour, the only thing left to get is a spore syringe... maybe fifteen bucks at most.
If you can't find the brown rice flour (any health food store on the planet) just buy some brown rice and grind it up in a coffee grinder. If you don't own a coffee grinder, use the one in the coffee section of your local grocery store. Set it on the finest setting, pour in the rice, discard the first ounce or so that comes out, since it still may contain a bit of coffee powder, and bag the rest.
Detailed growing instructions can be found at http://www.fanaticus.com, with some simplifications described in Doc Charlie's post.
Remember that cultivation of psilocybin mushrooms is illegal in the United States.
