The candida in the intestines takes 3-6 months to die off. The headaches though are probably cause by candida that has entered the bloodstream. Once in the bloodstream, and away from all it's friends it's much easier for the drugs to pick off. This is probably why most people using Lamasil and Diflucan to treat CH have reported a miraculous improvement... but the danger is that this encourages them to abandon the treatment too soon (Shelly take note).
