As far as directions, all you have to do is wake up and don't drink or eat anything or brush your teeth. Spit into a glass of water and watch to see if your spit is clear or if it's a blob of yeasty looking yucky stuff that have tendrils reaching towards the bottom. Flash? Did i get it right?
By the way, you gave me a smile when you wrote "Donald doc" up there. I know you meant Donald's doctor. For some reason the thought of getting amunition for Donald duck was amusing.
