I just read your mail and I have to admit, as unlikely as I thought it was, these sound like textbook clusters. From the duration, to the symptoms, to the regularity, to the passing out(into sleep) after the attack...something I often do myself...only to wake up with another one...something that's happened to me too often as well.
I still pray for his sake, that these are not clusters, and just something which has the exact same symptoms(Yeah i know...sounds pretty dumb lol)...but for his sake I truly hope so.
Unfortunately, to use our probability discussion from before ;), it is not highly IMPROBABLE that these are not clusters. Everything points to that dreadful diagnosis.
I truly feel for you and your son. I started having these at the age of 16, and remember how confused and terrified I was then. I can't even begin to imagine them at the age of 2. I just hope your neuro can help him bring them under control. I don't even know if children can take the same medication as adults, but Verpamil and Lithium have been very effective for me personally. Good luck.

Luke.
