Hi Everyone, I just found this site a couple days ago and have been reading some of your comments. I don't plan to be a regular contributor because I'm pretty much a loner, but I thought some of you might be inteested in the following. I have been experiencing CH for about 8 years. My Neuro has had me on everything except Lithium. He was very hesitant to put me on it. However, he did put me on 3600 mg of Neutron (1200mg 3X/day). It worked fantastically. I stayed on that for about a year. He then reduced it to 2700mg/day (900mg 3X/day). Still worked. After about another year I had a feeling I ahd hit one of those hiatus's where I felt they had gone away. Weaned myself off the Neurontin and sure enough they were gone. After a couple months they came back. Got back on the Neurontin, but it's not working so good. Am taking 3600mg neutron, 50mg indocene and sucking oxygen for each bout. My experience has been, if a particular drug works, don't get off it for one of those hiatus's because CH seems to adapt and when you try to go back to it it either fails completely or is way less effective than before. I am very interested in the shroom theory. If anyone has taken it, please let me know how much/frequency/duration. I have e-mailed Doccharley, but either he's out of town or just not answering the mail. I have also e-mailed Hawkseye to see if they have goten any feedback, but no answer yet. I am not a Narc and will destroy any response I get regarding the aforementioned.....Thanks Mike
