Any spray I have ever tried always leads to the worst Cluster Attack ever. These things are measured on a scale of 1-10, and the sprays always bring on an 11. As far as the prednisone, make sure you talk to your doc about that, I've heard of some nasty side effects there. Talk to him about Imitrex injections, great for quick relief, and Verapamil, which is a preventative that works for alot of people, including myself, (most of the time)It's gotten me through cycles. The injections are relatively painless and abort a CH in 10-15 minutes. The only downside with those is that you can only have 2 a day, and sometimes getting them can bring on a CH all by itself!
