My husband takes Covera 240mg once a day, usually at bedtime. The nurse told us it is very important not to miss a pill. She explained it is like "birth control pills" it works only if taken in a certain cycle, if you miss one it decreases it's potency. The steroids he took were: Methylprednisolone 4mg-PC which is a generic for Medrol Dosepak 4mg. I hope I have been of some help to you.
