I can't help you with a long-term doctor, but the Michigan Head-Pain & Neurological Clinic here in Ann Arbor was doing cluster research at the beginning of the year. I'm not sure if they are still conducting that research, but since the treatment is compensated by the clinic, it's worth giving them a call. The number is 734-677-6000.
My doctor is probably too far away for her, but she's wonderful. She practices at the Reichert Health Building, affiliated with St. Joseph Mercy/Catherine McAuley, also here in Ann Arbor.
