I thought about ‘shroom bashing and bashing other unconventional means of treatment, but it occurred to me that they can’t CURE this thing of ours, so we ARE a desperate bunch of people. I work with a fellow who had migraines, and they CURED his. They can’t cure mine, and it’s been 23 years and counting. The people I work with say…”Oh, you’re having a migraine, huh? Do you want some tylenol?” I dare not say it but I'm thinking... "would you put a band aid on a severed artery? I think not!" 10 years ago, I didn’t know what a CHA was. Now, at least the Medical Community is aware of my existence and can at least offer me temporary relief, if only 2 - 4 hours at a time. And why not try alternative therapy? Western medicine is such, that if it can’t be poisoned, or cut out of you, you are either imagining it, or it is incurable. Why not ‘shrooms? God put them here… they must have some sort of purpose, besides looking pretty in the little piles of cow feces. I dare not discuss this therapy with my neurologist, unless it works. I haven’t tried it yet but at this point, 3 months into my current cycle, I’m ready to try anything.
