Guess you should straighten out the International Headache Society. They've got it all wrong! They say clusters and migraines are two very distinctly different diseases. Each with different symptoms and different origins.
Research is, in fact, showing that in clusters, the headache isn't a result of the blood vessels dialating but that the dialation is a result of the headache. In clusters, the hypothalamus and neural system show activation long before the blood vessels react. Read "Hypothalamic Activation in Cluster Headache".
I was gonna remain open to your claims Daniel but the more you say the more I wonder.
