I have read of both chronic and sub-chronic type clusters, but I would suppose that at this point in your husband's cycle, he might not really care about what catagory his falls into but rather just getting through the hell. Personally I feel he is lucky to have you on his side as you obviously respect his feelings to leave him be during the pain, yet you have not given up on him in your concern and effort to help him. God bless both of you, and please tell him that he will be in my prayers. Everyone here is so very supportive, and the knowledge of that support often helps me through the most hellish cycles.
