Hi sabrina,

I have also been searching for lists of foods that could help the body produce seratonin. I do remember reading in some books, I think that it was Andrew Weil's Spontaneous healing. That is why I am searching the internet since I can't remember specifically where and am trying to find this info.

I do know that the lack of seratonin seems to be a catch all that Drs use to explain many neurological disorders. Just like they say oh its a virus.

Our daughter has OCD and is thought to be due to a low amount of seratonin. That is why this subject interests me. I also had a very bad problem with milk allergies that was affecting my nuerological system and have altered my diet to the point that I am virtually cured and now have much more energy. That is why I am CONVINCED that our diet is much more important than we think. We take too many things we eat for granted and don't have the faintest idea that it is detrimental to us.

All this to say that PLEASE if you have found information lets share. Right now I am reading about the Kousmine Diet which has a lot of interesting information. This week I will also be going to a neurologist who specializes in foods and has been able to totally arrest her MS through diet. If I find out more from her I will let you know that is if you answer this email.

Good luck,

sincerely,

Marina
