US people is very sensitive to this! :-)
On the other hand, I have to say that Cluster Migraine is more right than headaches.
In fact, migraine derive his meaning from latin and greek (read approx. hemicrania / emicrania) and is a pain on one side only (emi) of the skull, and headache is a pain that can affect both sides.
But the usual, popular way to define a pain as migraine was distorted in the years by english speaking people, and now has lost its original meaning.
Speaking of distorted things....apologies for my fractured english...:-)
