The first step is to find out what you are suffering from--are they clusterheadaches? Did you do the survey on this site to match symptoms with clusters? Do not give up , help yourself, find out what you have. There are all kinds of headaches, alot have reasons, some like clusters are a curse, but everyone on this site has the same thing and are all trying to help each other. Research all the stuff everyone writes in about and see if you have tried all those. Try all the tricks-water 3x, O2, hot water on your wrists, cold air blowing on the face,pressurepoints,check the med charts, ,magnesium,everything, try every damn thing then try again but make sure you are on the right page with what is wrong. Get a catscan, MRI or any other diagnostic tool they have to make sure there is not something else wrong. Hang tuff. Keep posting.
