It's not that i ever felt out of breath... i don't think
it has anything to do with "we don't have enough oxygen so we get
high dosages"... but more that these extremely high dosages of 8 to 10 liters
per minute BREAK the pain of the attack. If it's not enough oxygen, then they
would put you on 2 liters per minute, not higher. The out of breath could just be
from maybe feeling exhausted from the attacks, and most people HOLD their breath when
in pain.... which might make it worse. So, that's maybe why you may get "the out of breath"...
but NOT lack of oxygen. Anyway, that's MY experience only.
