If 'Oxygen therapy' is understood as something used regularly, over long time, to improve on a health condition, then it is something useful for patients with respiratory disease, but utterly useless (and a waste of time and money) for Clusterheads.

However, Oxygen used in the proper way can be a powerful abortive for cluster attacks.

The important points are:

• Use a high enough flow rate, 8 - 10 liters / minute.
• Use a tight fitting mask, preferably of the non-rebreather type. The nose cannulas are useless.
• Start sucking Oxygen at the first signs of an attack, the sooner you start the faster the success.
• (This implies that the Oxygen tank is always handy, the one at the hospital is therefore of not much use)
