That sounds exactly like what I have been experiencing, except for this weird double vision thing. First time in my life I have experienced it.
My mother has been experiencing "painless migraines" for years now, but she never mentioned anything about tingling in her teeth and lip... just the "sparklies", as she calls them. I guess it may be a genetic thing. Her father used to get severe migraines a few times a month, too.
Sometimes heredity sucks.
